They're just sleeves that go over your current struts and use their springs. Not really the ideal setup IMO. They might "work" for being able to adjust the height... but I don't know how much I'd really trust them.
Back before "real coil-overs" were mainstream, this is what everyone used. Even on full race cars it was not uncommon to see ground control coil-overs. But,,, they are over priced IMO, better off just getting the real deal or a nice set of springs/struts......
you can order different spring rates for ground controls, so its a cost effective option (compared to ordering custom spring rates from other manufacturers) for racers. their springs are made at Eibach's california facility.
