I had them on my old civic combined with tokiko's and they were fun.

Only gripe I had with them is I'd sometimes get a bit of noise over huge bumps or inclines into driveways. I think it was because the springs weren't as long as the factory ones. If you jacked up the car, the springs would actually tip out of the top perch and only be kept from falling out by the shock going through the middle.

Sorry no tC handling experience on these tho

Thanks for the feedback. Difficult to install? Any modifications you had to do to the shock or anything. I have thought about just springs, then coilovers and these seem to be a good in the middle choice!

I know they make reputable stuff, but I wouldn't bother with them on the tC. I honestly can't think of anyone that runs them.

Any particular reason you're looking into these though? What purpose?

I just thought they might be better than just springs so I can go lower if I want but not as expensive as coilovers b/c i don't really want coilovers. Too expensive and I have no reason to run them since I do not do autocross or anything. Maybe far down the road but not now. Plus, I think they might be a good addition to the Progress rear sway I am going to be getting.

Nearly as easy to install as just some springs. About the only thing different is you have to slip rubber o-rings (were included) around the shock/strut body to stop the threaded body from rattling.

*some* people have had to cut/trim the perch on the factory shocks on other cars to make them sit right, not sure about the tC tho...

if all you want is to go low and have some adjustability you should just buy Raceland coils.

if you plan on getting these then go with some tokico or trd shocks because if you lower it alot then your stock ones won't last long BUT then why spend alot for both when you can just buy coilovers for about the same price which are made to be as low as they can go.

Alright cool. Thanks for all the feedback! I am still torn on getting them but if not, I have to start over from scratch on what I want to do with my suspension. Dangit!
