so yeah..... i feel really really really retarded...... took my car to my other friend. and man he laughed at me like crazy. it appears that the top cap was real loose so he tightened the strut nut and added some washer to it. and holy ____ the thing doesnt make that rattle noise anymore. lol damn i am loving these ground controls they're stiff and i love the feeling i just took em to the canyons and man wonderful wonderful feeling. i mean tehres still body roll but not as much its real good.

 

glad that you solved your problem. and yeah the ground controls are good arent they? my cousin has them for his e30 or something and he loves them. i have a set lying around. but i am debating whether or not to get tein ssp or install these sleeve overs.
