Default H-Tech Cut Bump Stops?

I think I cut my bumpstops too short. So i'm going out to get some new ones. How much should I cut off? Check the Tein manual for a picture of each "cut type."

i'm way too lazy to look at the pdf, but i'd cut it in half. and yes, you HAVE to cut it or else you'll bottom out over every bump

If you've taken a look at the bumpstops. there is a hard black plastic ring that goes around the middle of the bumpstop. I cut just above that point, and am currently bottoming out quite a bit. Thus thinking I cut too much.

I cut "A", cuz that's what the sheet told me to do.. Although I really couldn't figure out how many inches that meant cuz the sheet wasn't very clear. If it was .6 inches, then that didn't seem enough... So I basically cut off the lowest bulb part. On the rears, i cut just below the ring, and then cut in the middle of the groove in which the ring sat.
