Default Help with coilovers!

So I installed my coilovers and the two rear ones keep popping out if that makes sense? Where the top bolt is, it is tight but below it the metal washer and rubber peice spin around freely and there is quite a bit of space between them and the spring? Can anyone help?

Take a picture? Did you use air tools or hand?

The coilovers re-use the stock mounts? Is there supposed to be a washer on the underside of the mount as well? Are the rear top mounts broken? Bump cause Im curious as well

I forgot one of the washers on the inside, hopefully that fixed it. Been riding on it for a few days and it seems to be holding up. I live in South Carolina, so we have some of the crappiest roads you will ever see lol.
