This could me a million things.

I would reccomend you jack the car up and remove the wheels and struts and reinstall again....using a quallity torque wrench.

Inspect everything when you do so....also did you reinstall all of the parts ...ie dust shields on the front struts?

pls make sure that top bolt on the shock tube has about 4 lines of thread on it... thats usually the first thing that gives problems...

next would be is the spring is properly aligned on the shock...

Try loosing the bolt. Then place a jack under the A arm under the car and compress the front suspension slightly...this will ensure that the shock mount is pressed firmly against the mount on the car. Then using a TORQUE wrench torque to specs. don't count the threads! Only go by the torque wrench reading. Then see if this will work.
