If you do a lot of really hard braking and did not properly break in your pads you may have warped your rotors, or need new pads.

unless there is something wrong with the braking system, you don't have a warranty on your brakes, they are a wear and tear item.

you say they are squealling/squeaking when going from a high speed to a low speed, are you slamming on the brakes and your tires are squeaking from the rapid decelleration?

anyway, you shouldn't be rapidly pushing on your brakes, you should light on your brakes unless it is an emergency. don't slam on your brakes are speeds greater than 40 mph or you'll start warping the brakes.

worst case scenario your gonna have to buy new rotors and pads. Its hard to say without actually being there and looking at them.

actually the squealing could be from the pads shifting in the mounting brackets. they have a compound that looks like toothpaste that lubes up the clips in the mounting bracket area., any toyota dealer should know about it, it's to stop noise in those areas. plus put some anti-noise compound on the backs of the shims. This will stop the noise. It's most likely the pads shifting on the metal clips in the mounting bracket. Causing this squeal. Have heard it before on the tC.
