Default HELP WITH SPRINGS!

anybody out there running celica coilovers or running drop springs from another car lower than tha tein s-tech's....please help!

Why would you run something not for our car? If you want a lower drop, there are coilovers for the tC out there. Not sure why you'd need Celica ones.

because one of my friends gave me his own coilovers from his own celica.... but in a way i kinda want dropsprings,tha tein s-techs...but tha s-techs are just one more inch to high for my style... ...i saw this one tc on tha net and it was nice as hell..my kind of drop..lower than tha s-techs...and he typed that he was running skunk2 springs made for a different car and damn i wana get tha same springs he has!
i think i saw his car on this site tha forum is "POST PICS OF YOUR LOWERED TC HERE" and it's T6C9'S who owns that killer tc with tha drop i like ..
so please can some one help me find out which spring gives a lower drop than tha s-techs. thanks

I wouldnt put celica coilovers or springs on a tC.
Just doesn't sound right...

I know who you're talkin about and yeah it looks good, but there's more to it than that. I'm sure he had to do some crazy altering to make the skunk2's fit. Plus, the negative camber on that thing would be severe, and I'm sure he had to do some camber adjustment. So I would say unless you have the money, time, and know-how to do all that, I'd stick with tC coil overs. They'll drop ya as far as you need to go. Even at that, you'll probably still have to worry about camber. If you don't wanna mess with camber, I wouldn't go any lower than the gold line or hotchkis kit. Or you could do s-techs.

i would take those and go see if anyone would trade. or sell it and get new ones. just to be safe that is.
