How do you maintain your coilovers???

Just like the title states. It's about that time I recheck my coilovers since I'm going to be raising them up a bit pretty soon. I'm currently living in a humid state and would like to know how/where you are dictates your reason to maintain your coilover suspension. Ready and GO!
