Default Importancd of torquing suspension components when replaced?

Got my TRD springs and swaybar in from McGeorgePart.com today. (UPS Ground blows!!!) Going to install them tomorrow, but I have some unanswered questions for you tc gurus out there:

1. Is it so important to torque the nuts and bolts to spec on the suspension components I will be working with?

2. What is the shop labor rate for simple spring removal/reinstall (as if I brought in all four detached spring assemblies)?

Really appreciate it guys, thanx!

1. Yes, its very important to torque everything back to the recommended tightness. I was actually in the process of taking out my stock suspension from my tiburon and could only finish the front by hand. Well, a couple weeks later i had some rattling.

2. Labor rates differ from place to place. Theres no set rate for all shops. I can tell you about what ive paid/seen.... anywhere from 100-200 bucks i would say. if its over that, screw em.

Since im not the best with suspension, i would trust a shop over myself even though i love doing my own work. When its something as important as suspension, id like to leave it in the hands of people who know what theyre doing.
