Default Ingalls Stiffy Install Question

Hey guys, i'm in the middle of doing the install for the ingalls stiffy, but I ran into 2 questions. I am following the ingalls instructions here:

http://www.ingallseng.com/Instructions/93027.pdf

Following those directions, does anybody have the torque specs for the M10 Hex nut (17mm) from step 1?

Also, from step 8, it says if dynamat is layed down nicely, you don't have to use the medium washers. Has anybody used or not used the washers when using the dynamat? I'm using dynamat and i'm not sure if it could only help to use the washers or if it could be a negative effect. (I suppose the purpose is to even out the surface...) I don't know whether or not to use the washer b/c I have down 2 layers of dynamat...

Someone said it's 38 ft lbs for part 1. I hope thats correct.

As for step 8, are the washers just meant to even the bracket out? If so, I could hypothetically use 1 washer if the dynamat is uneven?

I think the washer was intended to dampen the vibrations. It doesnt do a good job of it but its a bit better than having the bracket against your chassis. I think you should be fine with or without washers if you have dynamat.

Well I just installed it with 2 layers of dynamat, and I was going to use the washers, but no room for em with my hotchkis bar underneath.

My LORD is that loud. It sounds like i'm driving an old american muscle car!! Is that normal???? Anyway to dampen some of the sound? I have it set to 12.5mm...I'll lower it way down if I have to!

The install is fairly straight forward, but the only place where I potentially could have gone wrong, is the order of the parts; for the strut mount bracket, I have:

nut>bracket>metal washer>cloth reinforced rubber washer (from home depot)>damper>bolt (the bolt being on bottom, nut being on top):

For the engine mount bracket, I have bolt>bracket>metal washer>cloth reinforced rubber washer>damper>nut (the nut being on the engine side).

Now I realize that I have the 2 connections slightly differently, could that be a problem?
