Install for trd springs

I remember seeing a write up with pics of the install for the trd springs, yes i've used the search.. i looked until topics not even close related started coming up. any help on where its located?

How much does the install cost from the dealer if you get the full trd suspension package?

that makes labor about 4 hours worth? i think im going to try and do it myself.
