Koni Sport/Yellow Question
I have been reading on the Koni's and I have been seeing Koni Sports and Koni Yellows. Are they 2 different things or the same? And when I look for the sports, it's just shocks, not struts. So, do I need TRD struts or something? I know this is really dumb question.
I have also read that you have to do some cutting and/or drilling for the Koni's. I am planning on installing a set up of Tein S-Tech with Koni Sport/Yellow MYSELF, but if there is required drilling or cutting, I will have a store do it for me. Is this true?
Thanks guys... :D

I don't really like Megan Racing, because I have never heard of it until I started liking tCs. I just don't think it's a big name and a good brand. I have no reason to say this, but it's what I assume, which I could be wrong. Plus, I don't know much about them, so yea.

yeah, the megan coilovers are sketchy at best. They are alright for things like Spipes and stuff but they are a lower end brand. As for coilovers contact Joe Dezod, he has the H&R which are about 1100 or so, much better then the Tein they are H&R, so there is not a question of quality.
Im sort of in the same boat you are, buy the yellows, and pay 600 for the shocks, or save some more money and get coilovers.

if you haven't heard of megan racing then you haven't really been in the car world long have you...i guess that's evident by you asking what an s-pipe is and thinking it's an exhaust. personally i would go with the mr coils, but i got the basics before the mr coils came out which sucks, but oh well. and save money and do the install yourself, your wallet will thank you.
but i guess it may be different from car to car. i own a 240 and the mr coils for them are awesome.
