Default koni yellow

so i had some koni yellow struts installed at all ends this past December and today i went to adjust my drivers side front shock and the adjuster *** just spins freely, does this mean i blew a shock already?!?!? i bought these things months before i had them installed i have no idea where my receipt is am i ____ed?

Default Bolt at bottom

Hola,

Did you check to see if the small bolt at the bottom of the strut is still there? If they're not re-tightened after install or locktite is not used during install, they've been know to fall out from road vibration.That's the only thing i can think of right now. Just installed mine!
