loose E-brake cable
ok so i tried searching but to no avail.. anyways does anybody now how to tighten the e-brake cable because i pull my up all the way but my car feels like it still wants to move that or can someone show me the thread that shows how to do this and i mean from the back and no through the front consle.
Pull the rear wheels off. Find the plug in the side of the rotor and turn it to the bottom. Pull the plug out and turn the adjuster. Run it down all the way snug, then back it off a turn or two and it should be about right.
Just do what Engifineer says... it's the easiest and quickest. Andino adjusted mine for me while we were putting rims on my tC and now it only takes three clicks of the E-Brake to park it and 5 clicks if I were on a hill... thanks Andino!
^ correct. And there is a cable adjustment on the tC near the lever, but you really dont want to use that. That is used for small adjustments and is normally something you would use after properly adjusting it at the drum.

hahaha no not really but one time me and my friend went to an empty back llot when it was still wet after the rain and tried to do 180s other than that i always park on a upslope so i pull on it kinda hard.
