Default need help on coilovers

So my question to u guys out there who are using basics, with utilizing the top mounts does it move/ jiggle after you place it on the coilovers or is it suppose to be stiff and not moveable.

Or does it not move after you have installed it and screw on the top 3 nuts on top. Also could this be because of the middle nut that connects to the strut shaft itself and its not tight enough?

anything helps. thanks guys

its the coilover strut that turns. but i can't get a wrench at the top mount to turn the nut while holding it down with another wrench. Like the top mount has a middle nut that screws it down right? And then the strut thread has a part where i can vice it so it doesn't move. But i can't find a wrench that can fit down there to turn it unless its a torque wrench but if i use that i can't hold down that bolt

its like this. This isn't my car but its an example and mine has a longer thread that sticks out that allows you to vice grip it with some sort of tool. But the thing is i can't turn the nut itself to tighten it unless its with a torque wrench but once i do that it covers up the thread for me to hold it down. And i used all sorts of wrenches itself and it won't fit down there. its too deep and hard

If i am understanding right part of the strut is spinning when you try to tighten that? If that is the case just tighten it down some then put it on the car and torque it down on the car.

Vice grips on a socket, then you can still hold the bolt
