Need Help, Strange Issue...

Here it is, Whenever i accel my "ebrake" light comes, then when i let off the gas said light goes off... Think I just need to adjust it, or new brakes?

any input is appreciated!!!

could need new brakes, if the the pads are low they can cause the light and the fluid can be low so check the fluid.

Be sure to check your brake pads first. If the brake fluid resevoir is low because the pads are low and you fill up your brake fluid resevoir, it will overflow when you put new pads on.
