They did not use to post them on the site, not the last time I bought a set, oopppps!!!

Since we are goingo to fix the too low roll center and are now just about done with our CF roof install we can probably run a bit softer spring and the softer settings on the sway bars.

Thanks,
Rick

How do you guys planning on moving up the roll center?

We're looking into ways to lower the control arm on the wheel bearing carrier (commonly called the upright). Either we'll swap out with another Toyco piece more conducive to adjustment, or we'll figure out how to extend the ball joint to drop it at least an inch, preferably two. At least that's the plan for the front. We haven't talked about the rear yet, but I suppose we'll have that conversation tomorrow since I'm in Portland today.

I haven't noticed a bump steer problem. Have you Rick?

I am concerned enough to check it out carefully by removing the springs from the coilovers and jacking the suspention up and down to be able to measure the arc of the control arm in relation to the tie rod, sometime in the future.

For now really no noticable bump steer, may be some but not enough to be really an issue at all since I do not even notice it.

BUT, I will check everything possible for improvements over time as we develop the car to it's fullest handling capacity.

I was great to have you over today by the way

Rick

Yeah, I had a great time too. I've got some more ideas on the Camry upright thing. I'll do some work on it this weekend and let you know what I find. I just want to avoid the long pin ball joint thing. I really don't like that solution. The load on that joint is huge, and I don't want to add a 2000 mile inspection item to my car.

I agree completely and glad you are looking into this, hard for me to make time to work on the car as it is! We just about finished the install of the roof today but found a few little things to make it even better so will have it on tomorrow. Really wanted to get it done today and autocross tomorrow but too much other work to finsih anyway, will run it on Sunday though

Keeps us posted!!
