So I got mine via FedEx yesterday, but I noticed a huge hole in the box! Ah! I immediately took pics and contacted Riceland. I then opened the box to check everything out. Now, I'm not that savvy with all of this stuff, but I did noticed the two coilovers with a bend like this:

So is this normal?

I fail to see a problem with that coilover.

Yeah I'm talking about the tab on the left that looks like " \ "

Both coilovers with that tab are bent the same. I do not know if it is normal though. It looks like that tab mounts to something, so maybe it's supposed to be that way. Anyone else notice this?

try putting it next to a bunch of things that are straight so we have something to compare it with.

About my post earlier with the noise that my front left coilover was making... I emailed raceland about it earlier today and they responded saying they are sending out replacement. I already received a tracking number and they are paying for my shipping cost to send them my damaged coilover. Best customer service I've ever had at any company.

Glad to hear everything is working out for you Snowman!
So far, I'm completely content with the $278 I've spent on these.

Thank you for getting what I was saying... and thank you all for your responses. I hope to have them installed by mid November!

And +1 for Riceland's customer service. When I emailed them about the damaged box they responded within what seemed a matter of hours. They were just ready to take care of the problem. And the best part: They didn't respond to my email like a army of robots. They actually addressed the problems I mentioned and sounded like a human. None of that:

"Thank you for contacting the customer service department at Raceland USA. We care about your inquiry and will take the right steps to see that you are a satisfied customer. If you would like to speak to a representative in Cobblegobble, India, please press "1" on your computer keyboard now and you will be contacted within the next....."Forty-seven Hours". Thank you, have a nice day!"

Instead it was personal and helpful. Like:

"Hi Jasper. Look, I'm really sorry to hear that FedEx was careless with your package. Let us know if anything is damaged and we're going to take care of that for you! Please let us know and feel free to call us and talk to a real live person any time you want."

Okay, sorry, I hate some customer service departments. End of rant.

Yeah when I get them installed check them out! Warranty was like two years but must be installed by a professional licensed mech. I don't think thats worth it IMO. Install costs would be just as much as the new Riceland Coilovers. My $.02.

Yeah I've noticed a lot of people with tC's in "SoFlo". Hm.
