One side has more negative camber
Yeah it really isn't that noticeable but its something that I notice since I see my car everyday. I was getting messed up tire wear until I had the rear camber kit installed. Even with the camber kit, my rear left is still lower than the right.
The driver side has more weight on it. Transmission, driver, battery are all on the left side.
If you're still on stock shocks, they probably have worn past the point of being able to support the extra weight.
That's the only explanation I can think of with out something being mechanically wrong. If you haven't had it aligned after lowering, the camber is probably off regardless.

Aside from drivers side having more weight.
Negative camber has little to do with leaning to one side. Learn the difference between camber and ride height.
Also, coils rarely "wear out" on vehicles, be it stock or aftermarket. The difference may lay if the coil was properly seated or not. Depending on the difference, it may be nothing at all.
