Default Pads rub the rotors

Anybody have the issue of new brake pads (driven on mine for nearly 200 miles) not pulling back off the rotor so they do not rub, especially at lower speeds? I just put on new TRD pads and when I turn after I brake, I hear the front left pads rub the rotor. Kind of ticking me off. I greased the guide pins and other contact points so not sure what issue is. Any thoughts?

nope...did you not push the piston all the way back in when installing the pads?

Yep....brakes stop my car fine and everything is functioning except for this rubbing. It seems to go away at higher speeds, above 10-15 mph.

I have the exact same thing happening to me with my EBC greenstuff with my front driver side. the rest are fine. mine also shows up if I press the brake about maybe 1/4 of the way and as soon as I apply more pressure its gone. Its driving me crazy too. Don't know what it is.

There is nothing pulling the pads off of the rotor. They will rub slightly. Some pads will be louder than others especially on a worn rotor.

Exactly. All pads rub the rotors a little bit, this is likely the first time you've heard it. There is no problem unless the pads are completely engaged on the rotor (seized caliper)

Yup....the pads do constantly rub the rotors but this is not what I am hearing...at first, I thought it was since I just changed the pads and thought maybe I did something wrong. After further analysis, without hitting the brakes and turning at slow speeds, the sound is still there. I am thinking it is not the pads or my ability to install new pads. Still under warranty so probably taking to dealer to check out.
