I was going to spray but yours looks nice, so maybe i'll just do the kit.

yes fluid would come out as well as air entering the brake line and caliper, resulting in you needing to bleed your brakes.
I am ready to bleed the brakes, but would the fluid just continue to come out, or would it stop at some point? Would I have to buy more brake fluid and refill the container under the hood?
brake fluid would continue to come out (slowly) unless you plug the line. when i installed my SS brake lines they came with rubber line plugs to temporarily plug the lines so fluid doesnt keep leaking. however you will need to add some brake fluid after you're done bleeding them. good idea to fill it to the very top, then bleed the brakes, then once you have removed all the air from the lines, check if the fluid reservoir went down enough to have to top it off again. one container (1pint) will be enough, youll use about half or so. if you were to remove ALL the fluid from all the lines and calipers, it would take 3 pints/1500ml to completely fill the entire reservoir and lines back up.
