i've ordered progress coilovers and those should be here before christmas i hope..
question is to the guys who have those coilovers.. cause i have s techs with stock struts and my question is will my tc be more stiffer then now

 

it wont be stiffer, but you'll get better response

 

i dont even have them, but i know thats wrong.

the tC's come stock with a coil over system. when you upgrade to an adjustable coil over system, the strut will be more stiff than a stock strut, and the same goes with the spring rating on the adjustable coil over (which obviously changes when you compress or expand the spring). some adjustable coil overs have the option to change the stiffness of the strut as well, so you could make it more soft or stiff, depending on how you want it for your driving style. im not sure if the progress coilovers have this feature or not, its been awhile since i looked at them. I do however know that they will probably rust at a few spots.

very incorrect. coilovers will give a stiffer ride. i know i went from stock to just springs to coilovers and the ride is better but slightly stiffer from just springs and a lot stiffere from stock
