Default Progress Coilovers vs TRD Shocks + TRD Springs

I've had the progress coilovers on for like 3 years, but have only put about 5.000 - 10.000 miles on the coils. Haven't driven the car very much due to my job in the military. After coming back from a long time, the ride on the progress is too bumpy for my taste now.. I'd like to keep the car dropped, but want a more comfortable ride for daily driving. I have 18's on it right now. Just wondering if the TRD shocks and springs combo is going to be less bumpy of a ride than the progress.

The ride will be smoother with the trd setup.

^^ yea the ride will be smoother. but of course you will be sacraficing performance from the coils. but still a good setup not as low with the trd struts/shock combo tho
