Question about noise after lowering

I just got done lowering my car with TRD springs. After many hours of fighting with suspension bolts, spring compressors, and lots of dirtyness, I was finally able to take my car out driving with a slightly lower profile. However, I noticed that there is a slight clunking noise when I am stopped at a light and go to take off. I can also hear the clunk at different points driving down the road. Is this normal and just the sound of everything getting settled back to where it was or did I screw something up?

I double checked every nut and bolt when I put it back on as well as torqueing them all to spec, so I doubt that is the problem. I put the TRD springs on the stock shocks so it could be the springs aren't seating properly because they are so much shorter than stock. However, I could sometimes hear the clunk very quietly when driving straight down the road with no changes in the load on the springs.
I don't think it's b/c they're on the stock shocks. They could be misaligned, but it wouldn't be necessarily b/c they're OEM shocks/struts. There are other springs that are much shorter than the TRD and wouldn't have that problem.

So you don't think the clunking is anything to worry about? A lot of the noise cleared up after driving it around for a while, but there is still that little bit of noise that was bothering me. I have a 2 hour drive to a show tomorrow so I will see how the car is acting after that.
I just had mine installed at the dealer (Go Clair!!!) on Thursday and I got no clunks or other noises. The springs might not be aligned right with the shocks. Shouldnt get any noise though. Hopefully, the spring eventually finds the right place and stops making noise.
someone in my group had her tC lowered and she noticed a clunking sound. It turned out to be the stock rear sway bar. You can try checking to make sure that it didn't shift or anything. Not sure what else to check.
