I'm considering buying some trd's ; however he said they're cut one inch horizantally.

He said he cut them an inch horizantally. He is giving me 2 trd's and 2 teins brand new for $110. The only question i have is if the fact he cut them going to give me an issue putting them on my car? And in thr long run is it going to affect my handling. Yrd's are for the front and tein's for thr back.

 

ugh yes. cut springs=dangerous they can snap on u at any time cause there whole geometry was changed, and why the F*CKKKKK would u mix and match springs in the first place? tein and trd? they both have different spring rates. thats retarted for 110 u can find springs on here in the classifieds that arent cut and are a complete set not mix and match

 

i would rather go with brand new ebay springs then go with that set ur thinkin bout buying

LOL, please dont! Look for some used tein stechs or trds in the classified that are not cut or save alittle bit more money and get brand new springs.

springs and shocks are overrated. I took out my struts and welded in solid steel rods. my car rides like a champ and handles like a dream.

in summary...cut springs are plain just unsafe. DO CUT OR BUY CUT SPRINGS! Its very dangerous and can cause spring and or suspension failure causing you to die...forever.
