Default Rear swaybar question...pointing up or down?

I just installed my TRD rear swaybar a few days ago and I heard a clunking yesterday. Seems one of the endlink bolts came off (??) and the sway bar was clunking around. OK..easy enough to fix but I got to thinking.... I completely forgot...do the ends of the swaybar point upwards or downwards?

I found an install w/pics on this forum and it looks like they need to point up (that's how I have it). Can anyone double check and confirm for me please? I'm going to use removable threadlock and want to be sure before I go ahead and lay in a puddle to do this (it rained and I have no garage)

Should it look like this:

Thanks!!
