In all fairness, we werent at the test but it was put on by Honda North America and all of the cars were using performance street pads and tested on the same day on the same patch of asphalt at California Speedway under the same testing conditions. The difference in tires is actually a plus as far as we are concerned since you can see that competitor systems performed worse than stock on much better tires. It is safe to say that a stock RSX on the 2nd place Yokohama R compound tires would have beaten the overbiased Brembo system by 5-10 feet. The difference between our 1st and 2nd place cars is soley up to the difference in tires with the Hoosiers eesentially being a slick while the yookhamas has groves for wet weather and a harder compound. We were quite suprised to see the results and like I said were not at all involved in the testing. If you do a search for RSX Challenge on Google, you will see press releases direct form Acura showing the exact same results.

Zach, glad to hear the header is working out for you. It was my favorite mod on my tC.

I think we all had great points, the main reason i bout rotoras the a price benefit - by no means are bbk kits cheap - rotora is a good company and they had a good kit but for needs - i dont auto cross a whole bunch but i do ocassionlally and i didnt want to get spacer or diff rims - all in all i can say in all fairness that i rather have a bbk than stock after haven driven my car with bb for 1 month. I traded in my car on sunday and i set my car back to stock - the brake feel was wayyy different - ppl that say bbk dont help have obiously never daily driven a car with a bbk for more than a few hours. the response you get is so incredible and the when you press the brake a little hard your head doesnt fly into the dash like on a normal car - dont know how to explain it you just have to feel it for yourself - anyway i no longer have my car but i do have my braker = ) incase anyone wants them pm - keep in mind they are 1 month old and are just about new

Rotoras are Circuit Brakers iono y some pepl dissin them somtimes almost the big companies that make BBk are almos over all the same but sometimes it depends ont he material they use to create the BBk and how much maintenance you have to i say do own research and youll learn a LOt from edumaKatioN but from my experience they all run fairly the same brand names debate here we go lmao

One tip for you, if you got flat change the rear tire to the front and using spare on the back. NO AAA need

and btw, you can run 17's with stoptech, however you will need a spacer to fit the stock wheels.

however if you live in cali, where its almost always summer, then you dont have to worry about winter wheels.

the only problem i can see me having a BBK is going to be if i get a flat, the spare will not fit at all with the BBK.. however i luckily have AAA and a family for that

and sorry i dont have a link to the article, but if i ever run up on it i will pm it to you.

BBK give you more heat capacity on the track before your system begin to fade... however, from what I hear, you have to be pretty hardcore about the track thing to overwhelm the stock system to levels where a BBK is needed.

However, at any rate, it does look good, no doubt about that.
