s tech= new struts?
I plan on gettin the tein s tech springs... I live in central New Jersey which many many pots holes and bumps... If i do get the springs do what are my consequences of keeping the STOCK STRUTS? Does that put more WEAR on the new springs? How long would my oem struts LAST?

More wear on the new springs? Not likely.
Consequences? Well... your oem struts will just wear out a bit faster than they normally would. Though I know that many people have been lowered and are running fine on stock struts for 10k, 15k, likely even 20k+.
I think it should be in the back of your mind to replace them, but not anything you MUST do right now.
But ya, how long they last is really a toss up. Now IF they happen to blow out and you don't replace them ASAP, then they could start to ruin your springs because the springs would now be doing all of the work.

Likely anyone with stechs should have posted in there by now - or should anyways.
The only aftermarket struts available so far are from TRD or Koni... but if you're going to consider buying springs and new struts... you should really just drop in a nother $200 or so and get coilovers.

You'd end up having to replace your stock shocks later down the road..
In that time I'd say save and get a coilover setup down the road like Tein, Tanabe, or H&R simply because they are true coilovers that replaces spring and shock. It will save time and money in the long run.
