Default S-techs and factory lip kit.

I searched and couldn't fine anything. Will the drop be too low with my lip kit installed? I will be running my OEM wheels. I was thinking about hte H-techs because they sat a little higher. So I don't know which one to run. Also would spacers be needed to have a nice clean look for my car. I would like the wheels to be flush with my fenders.
