This might be a "hey, flame me question" but anyway, where can I get shorter springs for my RL's? I want to get lower but I don't wanna cut a perfectly good set of springs if I can help it. Any "non-flaming" help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Just give up and put it on airbags.

 

Get coilovers that go lower or get air..not much else..unless you start taking out collars on the RL's...meh..and you should never ever cut springs..the car will ride x100 times worse..

 

I'm pretty sure ride quality is of no concern here.

 

Air bags are your only option. Don't ricer cut them or anything else. But a Slammed ___ tC looks horrible.

 

True..but currently I have cut springs on my FC and it isn't even driveable..I hit the slightest bump and I can barely control the car. I'd rather have a rough ride that I can control than something that bounces all over the street and can't even drive.

to answer ur question, i know that eibach makes custom springs for certain rates on coilovers. try calling them and ask. conclusion, it's possible

 

You can take out a sprocket on the inside, depending on the build of your coil you can take both out. As well as some of the brushing gets you about 1/2 to an inch... sometimes thats enough.
