Default Some Coilover help please!

So i have been doing my research on coilovers for the past 3days on here. I read some good points but still feel that its not enough info for me to make my final decision. So i am asking if the people that have knoledge or have any on their Tc's to help me pick some out. The info that i want to know are...

Whats a good brand
how low can i go on coilovers
what brand will offer me the best performance and a smooth ride
any do's and dont's
how good are the warrntys on them

Here are 3-4 links that im thinking about. Please help me out.

http://www.optionsauto.com/prodinfo.asp?number=HR-54610

http://www.optionsauto.com/prodinfo....KS-80040-XT005

those are great springs........I meen great springs.....HR is going on my car next year.

But first a few questions, why do you want coils, how low do you wantthe car to go,will it see track time, how are your roads locally, and what is the budget, and how long do you wnat them to last...........those are the basic questions we need to point you to a coil that will work for your.......or tell you to keep saving and jsut get a set of springs for now.....

Thats a good link Thanks.

As for the questions i wont see any track, i like to take sharp tight corners at a nice fast speed.
i want to tuck if possible
my streets are okay just the only thing i would be worried about is the curves. I decided on coilovers just so i can change up my car and try diff lipkits. as for the budge i would say max is 1200 but thats if it worth it. And i want them to last for along time.

Thanks again for the help.

tucking tires and taking sharp turns and fast speeds dont really mix.
when you lower the car past a certain point it actually begins to take away from the handling.

Hi people im back like a NooB once again. So i got me the Tien Basic coilovers and instald them. It has been about 2-3 weeks now and i started to hear a metal knocking on the front passnger side. So i lifted the car up and noticed that the shock was tight in place but the spring was loose! I moved it arround and it was the same noise i heard when i would be driving. So i raised my coilovers till the round things touched the springs and got tight, i lowerd it and 2days later it started doing it again. What can it be?! the guy at the shop told me to double check the installtion. Im about to get under the car rite now but was woundring if this has happend to anybody else? Or if you know what could be wrong with that one coilover. Please help!

tein basics dont have a seperate perch to keep the spring tight. mine never did that. I had them slammed too.

Ok found out what it was. I didnt put the stock ruber washers on it so it got loose. Well i think that was the problem. So i took it all out and installd it back in rite now, drove it arround and the noise stoped. Well for now so i will see if that was the problem. Thanks for your help guys.
