Default springs question

If i go with tein springs that do a 2.4-F/2.0-R 'in drop should i do a camber kit and get new struts?

More than likely, yes, you should go with some sort of camber correction. And idealy you sould get new shocks and struts. Neither are 100% essential, but having them will keep your ride relatively comfortable and your tires will last longer.
