Squeaking in the rear rim area drives side. Question.
As the title states, in the rear rim/area there is very noticeable sqeauking when going over a bump or whenever the car makes any up and down movement, even if it is slight. Any one know what the deal may be? I have TRD springs and sway bar if that helps.
What I think may be wrong is that rim is slightly warped. Maybe cause the fact its warped is affecting the area, I have been meaning to replace it but havent gotten around, or had money for it. Cause this be the cause? I have been driving on the warped rim for about a month and a half. Heavy squeaking hasnt started til about 2-3 weeks ago.

Could be the rim.
But, what about a cold air intake?
I've gotten a whole range of squeaks from my Injen, and it varies fairly often. Occasionally, it sounds like my suspension isn't screwed down tight. I get all paranoid, make it home, take everything apart and... it's fine.
I would imagine that a warped rim would make much more noise during normal travel, and not just over bumps

I have a CAI but the sound is coming from the back, im sure of that. Yeah it does sound like my suspension is loose, I get what you mean lol, I was paranoid about the warped im too, but ive driven everywhere with it, 80+mph as well and its fine. Now that I hear a bunch of squeaks I think it may be taking a toll on the suspension.
I rather get a new rim/rims now than spend a fortune later when I have to fix my suspension and get new rims.
