Default Suggestions please.

I can't stand the ride height of my car. I have been researching for a couple of weeks and haven't found anything helpful thusfar. SO.... What set of springs should I get if I want to stay with 17s but could still up grade to 18s later. My biggest issue is the fact that I'm from a rural area with a lot of potholes and crappy roads/driveways. So please give some suggestions.

I forgot to add that I don't have $1200 dollars to spend on this. I'm just looking for a set of springs.

TRD springs give a modest drop, getting rid of most of the wheel gap, allow you the option of running 18's without a problem, and are tall enough that they don't bottom out except for on the worst bumps.

I run H&R sport springs and I love them. The drop is a little lower then the TRD springs but not to aggressive.

I was looking at Tein H techs. 1.9 in front and 1.5 in rear if i remember correctly. I'm guessing that would be too low for my needs.

H-techs are a very attractive drop, and not too low. I wouldn't give up on those just looking at the numbers- search for some pictures and comments on ride quality.

If you're really worried about potholes and what not then the TRD drop is probably the why to for you. It's the least aggressive drop but eats up the wheel gap and looks good with 18's. If it's not low enough then the Hotchkis springs (my fav) would be my next suggestion. Personally I think it looks the best no matter what wheels you go with. If you're interested in either one let me know.

I will get with you by the end of the week about the Hotchkis. I just found some pics that helped me decide between H techs and hotchkis.
