i was wonderin if anyone know what the diff. between S-TECH and H-TECH...
and prices of you guys know......

s-tech drops lower..

 

get s techs, i got mine for 135 shipped on ebay

 

 

i recommend H-Techs...not too low, and ride better than stock

 

s-techs if you want no wheel gap... h-techs not too low... personal prefrence... both are good

 

i would go with s techs, h techs have the same drop as the trd springs.

 

Htech drop is lower than TRD.

I'd say play it safe with the H-techs.

 

I've had my H-techs for a couple months, handling has improved substantially (body roll eliminated) I played it safe with H-tech cause I wanna throw 18"s on at some point and not have any rubbing issues with S-techs being lower. I got springs and installation for $400 here in Cali. Get an alignment afterward too. Good luck and enjoy!

You should try:
1. searching this forum
2. doing some research on the TEIN site itself
3. open up an ebay listing for H-TECH and S-TECH-- compare the two.

 

what do you mean by alignment check?
and i never heard s-techs being rubbed with 18"s on it i did hear it once with some dood with19s, anyways i think i'm gonna go with h techs man, thanks alot

 

After your springs are installed, take your car to have an alignment done. This is highly recommended. Your installer should be able to point you in the right direction.

dont align it right away make sure you wait about a week so your springs can settle in

 

ok here is the differnece between the 2 springs.

white (s.techs) FM (h.techs)
both have 18's but the fm has thicker tires.

 

what's the size of the tire on fm?

 

mine are 40 and his are 45( same thickness as stock 17's) only that he has 18's
