Has anyone recently ordered from http://www.spectuned.com ?

I ordered some Tein Basic from there 2 weeks ago since it had the best price and I have still not received the item. I have contacted the site owner several times and has only responded one time saying 'the item will be shipped this week'.

email contact form does not work (i had to message him through ebay) and 800 has been connected.

he appears to have good reviews but i have yet to say anything good about him =/ anyone else currently having problems?

 

when did you order it? and what type of shipping was it?
