my previous car was a 325xi and it was a BEAST in the snow...and i kept my 18's on all winter and it still was awesome...

im assuming a nice set of Blizzaks would be a solid investment....

My basic are bouncy Sometimes. All depending on the road. My coils are lowerd all the way. I wish they went alittle lower on the front tho. If i could go back i would get me the ss or the ss-p tho. just for the features that the basics dont have.

Actually i have a question of my own. So i want to go lower on the front, has anybody tried taking a ring (spring lock) of and used that space for lowering the spring? Is it safe?

Well there will still be a ring there. Basics come with two rings one for lifting or lowering and the other to lock the other ring. But since i am droped all the way i have nothing to lock.
