does anyone know if the h-techs will fit thessp coilovers? if so would it come out cheaper that the coilover set?

What? You don't need springs for coilovers. Coilovers are a complete system.

The coilover springs are completely different from the H/s techs for cars with shocks. You are better off getting the complete kit and not having to worry about it.

H-techs are designed for comfort rather than for handling. coilovers are made to lower your car. if you compress the h-techs too much, then it defeats the purpose. Get springs that are made specifically for coilover systems. trust me, i made that mistake 5 years ago with my Ford Focus
