Default TOYOTA SCION SOUTH IN ATL IS GONNA GET IT!!

so i brought my tc in after i had an accident last christmas they told me 3 days to replace the axle and whole front rgitht suspension. i didnt buy it but was like ok. it took them 3 weeks to fix my car and because they waited two of those weeks on a friggen tire. then to ad insult to injury they told me the suspension was going to be tight for a while ok. so for the past year the car on the front right corner has made a pop noise at full lock and going over bumps. i bring in the car they tell me the bearings are shot and the strut mount they put in was deformed. i was like ok well i want a rental car since this yalls fault. they tell me i can have one for my own expense. i told them no. then they tell me it will be 3-5 day wait to get the parts in to fix my car. at this point i call scion corprate and tell them the cituation. the next morning they tell me my parts came in and that the car is done. this is 12 hours after they tell me 3-5 days on parts. i get it back and its still bad. I then call scion corporate again to tell them that i am taking the car in for a second opinon and ask them what they can do to the dealership or to help me out. i am then told that they can do nothing since dealerships are independently owned and operated so what do i do now???

Go to a better dealership. I go to Sandy Springs Toyota, and Marietta Toyota sponsors Scinergy GA ATL so we know that they at least like us. Mall of Georgia Toyota is also an option. Sounds like those are a bit of a hike for you, but it's your car.

Team Toyota/Scion of Lithia Springs is a good dealership too. That's where I bought mine and where I always take it for service.
