Default True lowering measurement for Eibach

Well, currently I have hotchkis on 18's.. I feel it's too low for daily driving. The slightest imperfection on the road can cause rubbing if not careful...
So I've decided to go with trd or eibach. Thing is on the eibach, it says 1.2" front and rear on the eibach website. However, every site that has it for sale says 1.4" for the front and rear.. What's the deal? Who's right? Eibach's own site or the resellers?

I'm assuming you're referring to the Eibach Profits since you said 1.4" and 1.2". I have the Prokits and I think the drop rate is very similar to the TRD drop from the pictures I've seen and comparing them to mine.

If you are looking for a nice even drop with better spring rates than TRD or Eibachs look at VOGTLANDS.

I'd think Eiback knows more about their springs then their resellers do. Eibach makes the TRD springs, and I'd bet their ProKit is the same (diff color) spring, especially since the stated drop would be the same. If you're really concerned about 0.2" (1.2" vs 1.4"), then just go with the TRD springs.

I went to the vogtland website, and I can't read a thing on it. It's in German or something. Basically I'm looking at a spring that is stiffer than hotchkis and not as low.. For me the hotchkis punishes me at any disturbance in the road, be it even the slightest.

Here's a quick pic i took using the camera phone:

Hotchkis and 18's, fully settled, can't even get a finger in the well. Looks great, but isn't the greatest driving all the time.
