Unsatisfied.
So i've been having my s-techs for a while now and im unsatisfied with the uneven look the springs give to the tC. I WAS going to get coilovers, but a lot of personal things came up and I have to pay my debts. Honestly, I love the look of the front drop.. it's perfect, but when it comes to the rear.. i want it as even as possible to even up with the front.. I thought of 'ghetto' stuff by adding weight to my trunk to drop it.. for fun, i put 2 50lb plates (accompanied with my 2 10" subs/box).. the result: the look I want. but NO WAY i'm going to add more weight other than my subs. I want my car as light as possible. I have a friend that has unused Tanabe DF210 springs. I believe they drop the car 1.7f/2.2r. I was thinking of just replacing my s-tech rears with the df210's.. would that be a smart idea? they do have different spring rates. the s-techs have a 202f/336r spring rate. im not sure about the df210's though. Keep in mind that I have a 17x7 +40 offset wheel setup. Are there any EVEN, yet slammed springs besides coilovers? Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

MOST springs are going to give you uneven look
most drop the front more than the rear for that staggered look
if you get the TRD shocks, it does help the drop

yeah, TRD shocks are a bit pricey. i'd rather buy coilovers but like i said, i cant do anything about it right at this time. I'll try the tanabe df210 rear replacement and see how it goes. if im unsatisfied again, i'll put back the s-techs and learn to live with it.
