Default upgraded WILWOODS [pics]

Upgraded my Wilwood BBK to a 6-piston front caliper. Also am testing a complete Wilwood rear kit that I have for sale. (PM's welcomed).

Pedal feel is now rock hard and has very responsive modulation.

PICS

i was gonna get 6pot wilwood kit but I never liked the way the calipers looked. I still love my 4pot wilwood kit.

as for rear, too bad it is on stock sized rotors, I was about to get someone to custom make brackets for rear wilwood calipers on my powerslot plus 12.5 inch rotors but i couldn't find a guy who can do it.

BTW, front and rear sets look awesome together!!!

thanks guys. the wheels are 18 x 10 -15mm offset all around, wrapped with 275/35/18 AVS Sport tires.

The rear kit is available as a kit, I think it's around $600 or so -- e-brake function is retained. The kit is just the bracket, calipers, pads and lines. Your rotors stay stock or you can "dress up" like I did with some R1 Concept drilled/slotted ones.

I don't like the size difference either, but I like the proportioning the way it is. Done with the brakes for now.

seems like 2 pistons in the rear. Fastbrakes have rear brake kits for the tC.

could you just not put these with the power slot 12.5 ? or does it need a new braket ? since i am assuming those calipers bolt in to the stock location of the stock caliper ?

most ppl don't need larger rotors in the back, but then most ppl don't need bbk at all.

these bbk's are mostly for shows rather than a performance.

wilwood calipers have different mounting holes so you still need custom bracket. fastbrakes gives you custom brackets that will bolt on above stock rotors. I wanted fastbrakes to make custom brackets for my powerslot rotors and was willing to send one of my rotors to them to test-fit it and all that but they never replied back.

well check out his mods at www.sciontcx.com because he definately needs more stopping power for what he's pushing.
