Upgrading sway bar endlinks
#2
Make them. Couple of heims (regular and reverse), and internally threaded hex for the body of the links. You could source all the parts from a circle track supplier, or any good hardware jpint, like McMaster. They'll look like this, only well, smaller.

progress comes with their own endlinks for their sway bars but its not any beefier. just adjustable. but should provide alot more strength than the stock rear ones. those are just flimsy as hell

My driver side enlink just broke on my car.
Is there anyway I can purchase new sturdier endlinks rather than going to the dealer?
Went to the dealer today and they wanted to charge me $72 for the left side endlink.
I'm down to purchase an aftermarket endlink from someone if possible

Why are you buying a warrrantied part?
Where did it break?
What were you doing when it broke?
It's a 10mm solid mild steel rod. That's pretty strong for both compression and tension (the two modes in which it works).

I am running the Hotchkis Sway Set Front and Rear

I haven't bought the endlink yet. I just went to the dealership to see how much it would run me. The nut that was screwed on isn't there anymore and I've tried to find the right nut for it and I can't seem to find the right size. The bottom part of the endlink is broken because all the grease is goo-ing out. So I figured it was time to replace both endlinks with aftermarket products if anyone makes some.
Do you know of anyone who makes any aftermarket endlinks?
Which swaybars are u runnin?
