Default What is the best rotors/pads combo for the tC?

I searched a bit for a thread on this and couldn't find anything. I have a warped front rotor for the second time. The first time i just had them resurfaced, but obviously I need something that won't overheat so easily. Since I'm replacing them anyways I think it's a good time to upgrade. How much can you improve braking performance without upgrading to a big brake kit?

oem pads are always good to go with. Racing aftermarket pads are made to withstand enormous amounts of heat while racing. Something i dont think you would be doing so stick with oem pads. Theirs a thread somewhere on here referring to that so i would search for that.

Disc Brakes Australia rotors are the only ones I know of that have pillars instead of straight veins for cooling that fit our cars. Pillars supposedly remove heat faster than straight veins. Removing the backing plate might also help with cooling.

Rotorpros.com 'Dimpled and Slotted' rotors with a black zinc coating and Axxis Ultimate Pads...

Someday I'll throw on some SS lines. The difference between OEM is night and day! Brakes
have more 'bite' than OEM now. One of the best upgrades I've done so far. If you do your
research, this set-up will run you under $350. Beware, Axxis pads are a tad on the dusty
side.
