also i was going to add the front rs1 lip so is that going to cause the car to be lower? cause i dont want a drop that can scratch the lip when i get it so will H-tech, s-tech, or hotchkis be better?
they're both about a hundred to a hundred and fifty bucks, take your pick, google is your friend, you know.
also, Proxes are good tires, but for the price you'd be better off with Falken Azenis RT-615's or
Hankook Ventus R-S2's in 225/40/18
keep in mind neither of the tires I mentioned are to be used in the snow, but you shouldn't be using all-seasons in the snow anyways, snow is for snow tires.

I just noticed you're in Texas, so I don't think snow is an issue, but I could be wrong. If that's the case, don't get the proxes, you're always losing something when you have an all-around tire that can at least bite a bit in the snow too, and when it comes to tires, I don't do tradeoffs, that's what they make purpose-built tires for.
ventus RS-2's are better in the rain. If you want to spend some more money for rain-oriented tires (if you get a LOT of rain, like in Florida) you could look at Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's which run about $200 each depending on the size. I like my money, so I'd go with Hankook.
if it ain't studded, no tire helps on ice.

ok, that makes absolutely no sense at all, but whatever, it's your traction that will suffer.
you don't need an all-season tire. Proxes4 are $156 each and are an all-season tire. RT-615s are $127 each and are leagues above the proxes4 in every respect except you can't use them in the snow. Hankook Ventus RS-2's have a higher MSRP than either of these tires, but can be found online for as much or less than the Proxes4.
