Wheres a Lowering spring DIY?

Im about to help my buddy out, installing some S Techs on his tC.
Serached for about 15 minutes, no luck finding any kind of DIY on springs for the tC? Anybody help me out with this. Thanks,

On a side note, I just finished installing some springs on my friends tC. Have fun with the rear, I'd suggest doing the front first...
