I want to get 18" or 19" wheels, but the 07's have the tire pressure sensors on each wheel. Has anyone on here put aftermarket wheels on thier 07? Any tough issues?

 

you need to transfer those sensors to the new wheels.

 

This much I know, but are they somewhat universal, are thier wheels that won't work?

 

they are mostly universal and will fit in most wheels... i don't know of any that don't work with them.

 

No problem here on 19" Motegi FF7.

 

does the 05 have them

 

Not the same kind, different style sensor, but the 05 still has a rotational sensor to detect different rotation speeds.

 

^^'o5 sensors suck! I had a flat (aftermarket set-up) 3 weeks ago and the sensor light never came on. (I had to drive it home almost 3/4 of a mile before it went flat.) My sensor light has never ever come on. I think they are broken...

 

they're not really sensors in the '05-'06... just a little thingy that sees how much a tire is rotating... something with the abs system. blah blah...
