225/45/18 i was wondering would it rub and would it even look nice on a

18x8 offset 35

215/40 but FYI, if you go with Federal or Achilles tires, they run a little wide. meaning, they'll fit like 225/40.

 

225/40's are easier to find (every manufacturer makes that size for every model), so they're about $20-30 cheaper per tire than 215s.

your wheel specs arent aggressive, so you can go 225. but a narrower tire is always the better choice if you're looking to be slammed and reduce (not eliminate/prevent) rubbing.

i went down to 215 from 225s (both Falkens), and the ride quality got alot bumpier/uncomfortable.

 

225 35 is the best. if you get 225 40 the side wall is just as thick as the oem tire
