225/45/18? help please
I found a set of cheap rims. but the tire is
225/45/18 i was wondering would it rub and would it even look nice on a
18x8 offset 35

getting 18x8.0 rims offset 35 want to know whats the best size for the look with no rubs at all. currently on raceland coils 0 gap

225/40's are easier to find (every manufacturer makes that size for every model), so they're about $20-30 cheaper per tire than 215s.
your wheel specs arent aggressive, so you can go 225. but a narrower tire is always the better choice if you're looking to be slammed and reduce (not eliminate/prevent) rubbing.
i went down to 215 from 225s (both Falkens), and the ride quality got alot bumpier/uncomfortable.
