Did you see how small my 17s look? I think 16s will look too tiny.

Yeah, but a lot of that has to do with the style of those wheels.

To teh OP, why 16's? Track duty? Or are you gonna do somethin' weird like run a 16"x9" with a crazy low offset?

 

I just thouht 16's might look good cause every one has 17's and up.. I wanted to see something diff. And na i don't want to do anything crazy like that.

 

18's look ideal on the car body proportion.

17's look a bit small and 16's look disproportonal and bad IMO.

unless they were spec 16 hub caps, 16" aftermarket rims on a tc looks silly.

 

17" aftermarket wheels look small on tC's so can you imagine how a 16" would look?

While it's good that you want to be different... IMO, putting 16s on would just make it look stupid. But if that's the "different" you're going for... go right ahead.

As for pics with people and their 16s... you probably won't find many at all b/c like everyone has said... it doesn't make any sense.

idk never seen anything smaller than 17in on a tC. But i've seen 15in on a slammed (on air suspension) 07 GTI. It looked super good because there was no wheel gap because he was sitting like an inch of the ground. But if u do go with 16 i hope u plan on get coil covers and getting low.

If it were winter I could go snag a pic. I ran 16inch steelies this winter and loved every second of it.
